As reported by TechCrunch, at least 16 employees of Omnifone now working for Apple, with the company of Tim Cook who also acquired the cloud-based music technology of Omnifone. This acquisition does not affect the entire company, but only the technology just quoted taken from Apple for $ 10 million.
