Two former Microsoft employees have sued the company for allegedly not doing enough to protect their mental health.
Soto and Greg Henry Blauer been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress, known as PTSD and claim that this disease was caused by work in the company of Bill Gates.
Their role at a time when the company was part of the verification and reporting materials communicated through Microsoft services, which had previously been categorized as illegal by an automatic program.
Microsoft has responded by saying that it takes very seriously the health safety of its employees.
"Microsoft takes very seriously reports of illegal materials as communicated through our services, as well as health and welfare of employees work schedules," said the company in a given reaction to the BBC.
