Browsing through the pages of Reddit we came across a very special post, which reveals the integration of cloud services in the Nintendo Switch operating system.
The Patsuann user sent their consoles in for service because of a technical failure. You received a replacement model, realizing that some rescues of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild were missing. The system, however, proposed an icon completely new, which postponed to a cloud service. By using the function, the player then has been able to rely on the recovery of rescue data, with adjoining disappearance of the mysterious icon.
A few weeks ago, the same Reggie Fils-Aime, president of Nintendo of America, said the ability to leverage the cloud for saved games associated with Switch. You can find all the information by following this link.
It only remains to be waiting for an official announcement from Nintendo. The company has in fact never advertised the above described function, so the software could be partly incomplete or usable only by technical assistance in such cases.
