For those if it were lost, NextBit Robin is one of the most unique Android devices come out in recent years. Born thanks to Kickstarter crowdfunding platform, the smartphone is characterized by 32 GB of internal memory plus 100 GB of free space in the cloud.
In November Netxbin had launched a beta version of the upgrade, however, restricted to only a few users. But now the update is provided for all smartphone owners. The build will include 88 of the January security patches. For now we do not know the size of the file for the update, but it should be quite robust. Since we just started the rollout will take a few days to reach all units.
The news of the release for Nougat Netxbin Robin, comes a few months after the acquisition of the brand by Razer, who has pledged to release software updates and security patches up to February 2018. For the moment it is unclear what will plans Razar, many think that the company, disposing of Netxbit technology could bet on a smartphone designed for gaming.
