The two companies announced the integration between Microsoft Office 365, Teams and Flow with Adobe Sign, Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Microsoft and Adobe announced the expansion of the partnership launched a year ago with the integration of their respective cloud services to companies. Office 365 and Creative Cloud subscribers will then be able to leverage the collaboration and digital signature capabilities offered by Microsoft and Adobe to increase productivity. Collaboration will continue in other fields, including artificial intelligence.
The agreement includes integration between Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Sign. The latter, included in Adobe Document Cloud, will become the default digital signature service for Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Users will be able to sign the documents displayed on each device. Microsoft Teams, the messaging service that will take over Skype for Business, will become the default "workspace" for Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The Adobe Sign in Microsoft Teams will allow you to send the documents to be signed and a bot will allow you to trace documents.
Adobe Sign will also be integrated with Microsoft Flow to provide a complete end-to-end digital workflow. In the coming months, you can use Microsoft Flow with other applications, including SharePoint, Dynamics, and OneDrive. Finally, Adobe will use Microsoft Azure as a cloud platform for Adobe Sign.
Adobe Sign for Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft SharePoint is already available. Integration between Adobe Sign, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Flow, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook will be available in the coming weeks. The same time frame for integration between Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Teams, followed by Adobe Experience Cloud.
